Your career should serve your life...

People rarely come to me because they want another job. They're usually looking for something much bigger.

Maybe it isn’t about finding another job.

Most people begin our conversation believing they need to make a career decision. What I’ve found is that they’re usually trying to make a life decision.

They’re asking questions about time, income, flexibility, purpose, financial confidence, or simply whether the path they’re on is still the right one. A career, a business, or another opportunity may ultimately become part of the answer, but I don’t believe we should start there.

I believe we should start by understanding the destination you’re trying to reach. Once that’s clear, evaluating the different paths becomes a much more meaningful conversation.

Meet Jeff

It took me more than thirty years to realize the work I loved most wasn’t running the business. It was helping people discover what they were capable of.

Today, I have the privilege of helping people think through some of life’s biggest decisions. My role isn’t to convince anyone that one path is better than another. It’s to help you gain the clarity to choose the path that’s right for you.

Meet Jeff

Every conversation starts the same way.

  • First

We get to know each other.

Before we talk about businesses, careers, or possibilities, I want to understand you. Where are you today? What's working? What isn't? And most importantly, what kind of life are you hoping to create?

  • Next

    We explore possibilities.

Once we're clear on your destination, we begin looking at the different paths that could help you get there. Sometimes the answer is familiar. Sometimes it surprises people. The important thing is that it fits your goals, not someone else's.

  • Finally

    You make an informed decision.

My role isn't to tell you what to do. It's to help you think differently, ask better questions, and make a decision you can feel confident about long after our conversations are over.

Let’s have a conversation.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before we talk.

If you’ve been asking bigger questions about your future, I’d be happy to compare notes. No pressure. No expectations. Just an honest conversation about where you are today and where you’d like life to take you next.
